Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what you give us when you inquire, we use it to respond and close deals, there is no marketing list, and we don't sell your data. The longer version follows.

Last updated: June 10, 2026· AnchorTrust Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”)

01What we collect

What you submit. When you use an inquiry or offer form: your email address, optionally your name, your message, and the name or cluster you asked about — along with the IP address and approximate location of the submission, which we keep with the lead to protect against abuse and qualify serious interest. When you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.

What our infrastructure records. Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, pages requested — kept by our hosting provider for security and operations.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, approximate region, referrers. We also use a business-identification service (RB2B) that uses your IP address to estimate the organization a visit may be associated with, so we can recognize professional interest in the portfolio. We don't run advertising trackers, and the only cookies the public site relies on are functional and analytics.

02How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, confirm receipt by email, negotiate and close a sale, keep records of those conversations, and protect the site against abuse. That's the list. You will not be added to a mailing list, and the receipt confirmation you get is the only automated email we send.

03Where it lives

Submissions are stored in our database and our email system. The service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting + analytics), Neon (database), Google Workspace (email), Google Analytics (aggregate traffic), and RB2B (business identification). If you buy a name through Afternic, that transaction is governed by Afternic's and GoDaddy's own privacy terms — we receive what the marketplace reports to a seller. If a sale closes through a third-party escrow service, the information you give the escrow provider is governed by their terms.

04What we share

Nothing is sold or rented, ever. We share information only with the service providers above (to operate the site), with counterparties and intermediaries as needed to close a transaction you initiated, and where the law requires it.

05Retention

Inquiry and transaction records are kept as long as they are relevant to a conversation, a deal, or our legal and tax obligations — then deleted. If you want your information removed sooner, ask; absent a legal duty to retain it, we'll delete it.

06Your rights

Email inquiries@anchortrust.co to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, or California), these may be legal rights; we honor such requests regardless of where you live.

07Children

The site is a commercial domain catalog and is not directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

08Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be visible here. See also the Terms of Use.
